As you all know by the title of this blog post, I'll be teaching you how to make... MICROWAVE MILO BROWNIES!
I know it sounds a bit weird to use Milo instead of cocoa since we always use cocoa as a base for brownies. But, i added a little twist to this recipe.
This recipe is all made from scratch. Which means that i had to do some trial and error to make this brownie taste better.
You may also add a couple of chocolate chips to make it sweeter. But for me, i do not prefer my brownies as very sweet.
So, let's begin!
Ingredients you'll need:
Milo
Milk
Sugar
Flour
And an egg
First off, you'll need to get your bowl or a mug if you prefer to eat your brownies in a mug.
Next, you'll have to add 4 table spoons of Milo in your bowl.
After that, add 4 tablespoons of sugar. (You may put 3 tablespoons if you don't want it too sweet)
Mix all the dry ingredients you've placed in your bowl.
In a separate bowl, beat one egg until the yolk has broke as shown above.
After beating the egg, add the egg yolk mixture in the dry ingredient bowl.
After that, mix it all together until you get this dough consistency.
Next, add 3 tablespoons of milk into the bowl.
Mix the, all together until you get a soft and heavy consistency as shown above.
Place your bowl into the microwave and set for 2 minutes.
Once it's all done, go ahead and get your finished product out of the microwave and let it out to cool for 5 minutes.
And here's my finished product!
You can also add vanilla ice cream to your brownie to add a little more taste. OR you can put some whipped cream and raspberries at the top. :)
Hope you liked this post, i apologize for my photos in where my bowl gets a bit messy on the side.

Have a lovely day!
